1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Furrytail Dreams. By placing an order through our website or any of our sales channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.

2. Product Purpose and Intended Use

All products sold by Furrytail Dreams are intended for entertainment, cosplay, dress-up, and decorative purposes. Our ears are all attached to black metal headbands that fit the head
shape of most adults. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used appropriately and under supervision of a parent or legal guardian when worn by minors when appropriate. Purchases made by minors must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes responsibility for the purchase and the minor's use of the product. Furrytail Dreams is not responsible for improper use, misuse, or use of its products without appropriate supervision.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 20 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout and vary based on location and shipping method selected. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Furrytail Dreams is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or items lost or damaged after they have been handed to the carrier. If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Furrytail Dreams shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, labor disruptions, supply shortages, transportation delays, power or internet outages, or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and fulfill affected orders as soon as reasonably possible while doing our best to keep contact.

5. Cancellations

For US and other countries:

You may cancel your order before the item is ready to ship for made-to-order items. Customized items may be canceled if you let us know within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

For EU customers:

You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase or cancel your order within 14 days. If you exercise this right, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Customized items produced according to the customer's specifications are not eligible for cancellation under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, except where required by applicable law. However, they may be canceled if you let us know within 24 hours from the time of purchase.

6. Final Sales, Returns, and Defective Items

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales of costume animal headbands are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or was damaged during shipping. If you believe your order arrived defective, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund for the defective item. Return shipping for approved defective items will be covered by Furrytail Dreams. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Product Materials, Allergies, and Care

Our headbands are made from materials including but not limited to fabric, faux fur, wire, plastic, and dyes. Customers with sensitivities or allergies should review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Furrytail Dreams is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritation. Do not submerge in water, use harsh chemicals, or rub or brush fur vigorously as this may damage the headband. Furrytail Dreams is not liable for damage resulting from improper care or misuse of the product.

8. Accuracy of product information and variations

Most of our products are handcrafted after purchase and each item, even if it is multiple of the same type, is unique in its assembly. These minor differences shouldn’t take away from overall quality of the finished product.

Please note that while we describe and exhibit our items as accurately as possible, colors and sizes may vary slightly and look different depending on your screen versus the actual product in hand.

9. Intellectual Property and Customer Photos

All content on our website including product photos, descriptions, logos, and designs is the property of Furrytail Dreams and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without express written permission. By tagging Furrytail Dreams or sending us photos of you wearing our products, you grant us permission to share those photos on our website and social media with credit to you.

10. Privacy Policy

We collect very basic pieces of information that you give us through the website, to allow us to process your order and provide any necessary aftercare. For more information, see our privacy policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Furrytail Dreams provides these products "as is" and makes no warranties beyond those stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furrytail Dreams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

12. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Furrytail Dreams may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date.
